Cashmere Kaleidoscopes
First there were the Cashmere Stockings....then came the Kisses....now, to spark your versatility and encourage you to truly tinker with your products, I am proud to introduce the Cashmere Kaleidescopes. BAM!!!! The thing is, I believe in really using your cosmetics in a multitude of ways, but not everybody is so eager to jump out of a comfort zone and go nuts. So, I thought it might be fun to provide you with a few tools to get you started.

The Kaleidescopes are created with almost the same base as the Cashmere Stockings, but in addition to providing the luminosity the Cashmere line has become known for, these also add a very subtle iridescent aura. I say aura because the iridescent quality is not something you are going to see staring you in the face, instead it is a quiet little color-reflecting glow that shows up as you wander into different light. The Kaleidescopes themselves actually have no color other than the iridescent glow that is revealed, making them perfect for all skin tones!!!
This new Kaleidescope formula has also been tweaked so that it does AMAZING things when added a clear lip gloss! So, here are the options you have and how to use them!

Option One: Using our Fiber Optic Shadow brush, apply them high on cheekbones to add just a touch of glow
Option Two: Using the same Fiber Optic Shadow brush, apply them gently as a light wash of color on eye lids on their own
Option Three: After you have finished your eye color application, using the same Fiber Optic Shadow brush apply just a touch of the Kaleidescopes to the center of your lid to bump up the light attracted to your eyes
Option Four: Dip a clear lip gloss wand into these and apply to the lips for a kiss of iridescent color. Use these on your lips alone, or completely change the look of one of your own lippies by adding this over it. For our friends who want the appearance of fuller lips, apply these right to center of the upper and lower lip and blend. The light automatically gets drawn to the brightest area and gives your lips a fuller appearance.

But don't stop there....these new Kaleidescopes are designed for you to truly play with them! They can be used to right alongside your other Cashmere products to offer just a hint of something different. The iridescent light-reflecting mica adds just a little zip without making you look shiny, and the Silica base lends itself to an amazingly polished finished product!

The Kaleidescopes are available in four color options:

Gold: flashes to reveal a golden pearl aura
Sun Glow: adds traces of sunlight iridescent copper and bronze pearl
Pink: a healthy pink light shows up when the light hits these shade just right

About Face Correctors!!!

Let's be totally honest....most of us have a few special areas on our faces that might need a little extra attention. For some it might be dark circles under the eyes, for others, red cheeks, and then for a few, maybe your skin in incredibly translucent and you just need a little OOMPH!! Well, I don't believe that we should have to pile endless heavy products onto our precious skin in order that we feel better ourselves. Nope...instead, we NEUTRALIZE the problem and move on with the day! So, I am very excited to finally introduce our Correcting Powders! Lightweight, bismuth and talc free and perfect for the woman who just wants to erase with that layered makeup look! My personal preference for applying these is to use my HIDE IT brush. Simply pick up a tiny bit of product and lightly paint it on the the area you are looking to correct, apply your foundation and then Cashmere Stockings, buff it all out with our DUST IT brush and there you have a fabulous finished product!

Which one should you use?
ZEST OF ONE LEMON: Fabulous on darker eye lids, undereye circles and applied right on top of soft lines around the nose, chin and mouth. If you have a thin upper lip, use this color right above the top lip to add a little light and give the look of a fuller lip!
TAME THE MONSTER: To our friends that have any areas of redness on your face, or even unsightly little blemishes that you wish to hide....this is the color for you! Dont panic, you won't see the green once you apply it, what you will see is no more redness!!!
CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG: For days when skin needs a little something extra this product can be applied with your foundation or even Cashmere Stockings to help ramp up dull skin. It is the perfect product for friends that have very translucent skin and helps to soften the look of discoloration and liver spots...ahem...aging gracefully spots. This is a well pigmented product so please note that a little goes a long way!!!!

New to the About Face family, and we think incredibly exciting, is our brand new Cashmere Stockings mineral powder. Maybe you have read all the hype about Silica and it's amazing ability to attract light to your skin....well, we did the homework and it's all true! This remarkable little powder works like a magnet to give yur skin a luminous quality without looking shimmery! When using Cashmere Stockings as a primer on your face you will honestly get a more even appearance and the skin suddenly appears softer! This product can also be used on it's own or even as a finishing powder. Our product is tumbled with Iron Oxides and a bit of mica so that the color pay off is never chalky or ashy! While other companies do offer a completely pure version of this product, we believe that providing a mica buffer helps out for our friends with more sensitive skin! The end result is a translucent ethereal quality that works incredibly well to brighten up the skin while not adding any heavy powdery feeling to your skin.
We have opted to make our Cashmere Stockings available in three different color levels because not all skin types are the same!
Level One is for very light skinned women.....think Casper the Ghost!
Level Two is a mid-level amount of color for medium toned ladies or women who would like to add a hint of color to their faces
Level Three is a deeper shade that works well for our deeper skin tones without looking yellow!

None of the three colors have any yellow or pink added them so the color pay-off will be very neutral so as not to alter the appearance of your skin too much!

About Face Shimmering Highlight Powders
